  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! (Excluding certain Asian and remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy Details

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with no signs of wear
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they have their original hygiene seals attached:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear

Additionally, all final sale items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Include the original packing slip and securely package your items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing

Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For international customers, refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 additional days for bank processing.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color of that perfect mini skirt or casual top? We’ll happily exchange your item if inventory is available. Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.

  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian/remote areas):
