Returns Policy Details

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and swimwear must have original hygiene seals attached
  • All returned items must be in original condition with no signs of wear

How To Return Your Items

Include the original packing slip and securely package your items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Want a different size or color of that perfect mini skirt or casual top? We’ll happily exchange your item if inventory is available.

Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian/remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 additional days for international bank processing
